These terms set forth the conditions for using "Discom" (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") operated by NvaCod.
By using the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

Users shall not engage in the following acts when using the Service:
• Acts contrary to public order and morals.
• Infringement of the rights (copyright, privacy, etc.) of other users, third parties, or the administration.
• Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service (unauthorized access, spamming, etc.).
• Other acts deemed inappropriate by the administration.

Support for the Service shall be provided through external platforms (such as BOOTH).
Donations will be used for the maintenance and development of the Service; however, support does not guarantee the provision of specific privileges or services.
Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are generally not accepted. Please refer to the Specified Commercial Transactions Act for details.

The administration does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information posted on the Service.
The administration assumes no responsibility for any trouble that occurs between users through the use of the Service.
The administration shall not be liable for any damages caused by service interruptions due to maintenance or force majeure.

The administration may change these terms as necessary.
The revised terms shall become effective from the time they are posted on the site.
